Patricia began working part time with our office in 2010 and then became a full time employee in 2012. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at NECC in 2010. She’s also an LMT (licensed massage therapist) graduate from Elizabeth Grady. She has a great interest in the dental field and enjoys it so much, especially watching smiles transform and grow. She has a vast knowledge of dental insurance, coding and assisting, which helps her keep patients informed. Outside of the office, you can find her at her son’s sports games, concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.
Shakira joined our team in 2019. She graduated from POPAC College in Puerto Rico, earning her degree in Dental Assisting with Expanded Functions. She has over fourteen years of experience in the dental field. She loves how everyone at our practice shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission of providing great dental care. She feels we have created a true family environment where everybody is there for each other. She contributes to our success by creating and implementing measurements that can help our team evaluate and improve business practice. She also enjoys using her research and analytical skills to uncover and correct inefficiencies within the practice. Shakira is married and has a beautiful and smart daughter. Outside of work she loves family gathering, camping and going on road trips.
Colleen has been part of our practice since 2015 and works hard to make sure all patients feel comfortable and unafraid during their time at our office. She wants all patients to have enjoyable visits! She also loves creating friendships with her co-workers. Colleen is married and has a son and dog, and she enjoys having fun with her family and friends, playing cards, and going to the beach and lake.
Mackenzie graduated from Northern Essex Community College with honors. She joined our team in 2013. She loves being part of our team. She always comes to work with a wonderfully positive attitude. Mackenzie loves helping apprehensive patients feel more at ease. Her son, Brodie, is the light of her life. In the summer, she is a total beach bum and loves fishing! In the winter, you can find her skiing with her son.
Kaitlin graduated from Nortern Essex Community College and has been a Licensed Dental Assistant since 2009. She joined our team in 2019 and loves everyone she works with! Kaitlin has two children, Jeremy and Kaylee. Outside of work, she loves going to the beach, concerts, sports games and the outdoors.
Jenny graduated from Alhambra College in 1995. She joined our team in 2016. She loves working with such great co-workers! Outside of the office, she is married with two children, and she loves going on vacation!
Michele joined our team in 2001. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Merrimack College. She also has an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex Community College. She was named Dental Hygienist of the Year at MDHA in 1998! She is production oriented with many years of experience and she keeps learning through our dentists. She enjoys the opportunity to serve a diverse population in the area and help them attain and maintain optimal oral health. She loves her patients! Outside of the office, she enjoys cross country skiing and nature.
Lynda has been with our practice for over 25 years. She graduated from Forsyth School for Dental Hygiene at Northeastern University and from Fitchburg State University, where she received her anesthesia permit in Massachusetts.
Jackie graduated from Mount Ida College in 2015. She joined our practice in 2018. She is a great team player and loves the people she works with! Jackie is married to her husband, Brandon. She has a dog named Nadley and a baby boy, Jack! Outside of the office, she loves the Bruins and going to the beach.
